All students receive a written evaluation from the instructor once coursework is completed. CY-TAG courses may be eligible for high school academic credit based on individual school and school district policy. The OPPTAG staff recommends that you work with your school prior to attending the program to determine if credit will be accepted.

While CY-TAG courses provide a challenging college-level curriculum for middle and high school students, the courses are not regular Iowa State University courses. Therefore, notation of participation in the courses or the CY-TAG program will not appear on an official Iowa State University transcript.
